Technique: Collage

Aim:

  • To create a collage

  • Learn about Surrealism

  • Notice something you never notice before

Size:

295 X 210mm

Material:

  1. Sketchbook (295X210mm)

  2. Scissor

  3. Glue stick

  4. Magazine, newspaper, ...

  5. Drawing Paper (295X210mm)

  6. Pencil

  7. Envelope

Procedures:

  1. Search and collect images. ( store the images  in an envelope)

  2. Look for images that will be used for your background. ( from the magazine, newspaper...)

  3. Add other elements/objects that represent your personality; likes, dislikes, hobbies...

  4. Making image adjustments so that the color, contrast and brightness of all the objects work with the background.

  5. Design, cut, and paste your name and Block on your sketchbook cover

  6. Stick your images on the sketchbook size paper

  7. Store your spare images in an envelope

  8. Paste your finished artwork on your sketchbook cover

  9. Laminate your cover

  10. Have fun
